Our COCOS KeyManager System is designed for
the complete electronic management of centralised fleet locations.
It consists of an electronic key holder strong box (KeyManager), installed
at the car pool location and a small board computer (BCKM), easily
installed in each vehicle.
The intuitive handling is a key feature. The customer reserves a car
and, using the smartcard, proceeds for identification through the
KeyManager. After successful identification, the assigned car key
set is released. Then only the reserved car can be opened and started
with the assigned keys.
During the trip the board computer records all trip data. At the end
of the trip the user returns the keys to the KeyManager and all the
recorded information is transmitted to the central office. No more
undesired trip report logbooks for increased convenience.
